Shipping policy

Orders are shipped Monday - Friday from Los Angeles, CA or Chicagoland. You will receive updated tracking information as soon as your order is shipped to the email address provided at checkout.

At this time, OUI Carole is only shipping within the United States. If you are an international customer and elect to use a freight forwarder, items should be inspected prior to international forwarding. 

OUI Carole does not offer support for orders once shipped outside of the United States by a freight forwarder or similar service.
