Thank you for supporting OUI Carole. Here is some shipping and return information to help you with your purchase.

"In Stock" items will ship between 2 to 5 business day. Please advise if your order is time sensitive by emailing us at melissa@melissachataigne.com and we will do our best to accommodate your request. Rush fee may apply.

OUI ships via USPS Priority Mail which includes tracking and Insurance. We are not responsible for what happens with the package once is tendered to USPS. If the package is lost, stolen of marked as delivered and is missing. OUI Carole is not responsible and client must handle with the Post Office.

"Custom Order" currently we are not accepting custom orders.

"Curbside Pick Up" If you wish to pick up your order, please select the pick up option during check out. We will email
you available times to safely pick up within a week of your purchase.

shipping international

For international orders please email OUI Carole for rates prior to ordering. Please note that the buyer is responsible for any taxes, custom charges or duties placed on the package.

returns

Due to the handmade nature of ceramics color, size and shape will vary slightly. These differences are what make each piece unique. All website sales & pre-orders are considered final and I'm unable to accept returns.

We take great pride in packing every order. At this time we are unable to assist with a refund/damages.
